Easy Return Policy

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return service, allowing you to initiate a return for any reason within 30 days of signing for the package.
To ensure a smooth return process, items must be returned in their original condition, adhering to the following criteria:
  • Brand-new with all original tags intact
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use or damage
  • Packaged in the original packaging provided
Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and refunds will only be issued after we have received and verified the returned items.

 

For Defective Items or Packages:

If you find item received defective, including :

1. Wrong color size, Material or pattern.

2. Not as described.

3. Package broken when you receive it.

4. item stained or damaged

Please contact us for a return or exchange. We will pay the shipping cost.

If items are not defective or wrong size, customers are supposed to pay the shipping cost for return.

Process Of Return/Exchange An Order(Item):

2. We will provide you with the return address.

3. Please ship the item/order back to us to the address provided.

4. Please provide the tracking number.

5. In case of return: we issue a refund after we receive the package. 

    In case of exchange: We ship the new item after we receive the package.

Shipping Cost:

Customers need to pay the shipping cost to send the package back.

We do not refund shipping cost.

When Can I Receive the Refund:

Please expect around 3 to 5 business days to process refund. 

If you paid via Paypal, refund should be issued back to your Paypal account.

If you paid via credit card, it may take around 1 to 30 business days for the refund, according to your bank processing time.

Order Cancelation:

If you would like to cancel your order, please be sure that we only accpet cancelation before shipment, since once the order is shipped, we can't call it back.

We accept cancelation in 12 hours after you place the order, if the order is not shipped.
